JOB PROFILE

• • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for creative, media, and strategy teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Address client feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution of concerns and requests.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic counsel and consistent value.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients innovative and relevant solutions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to manage expectations and navigate challenging conversations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • A proactive problem-solver with a client-first attitude and a flair for creativity.
